I was very happy to be selected by the BSJW Trust Artists selection committee to work in Anchor Studio, Newlyn in Cornwall in January & February 2022.

This space was purpose built for artist Stanhope Forbes in 1888 and used and bought by John Wells after Forbes’ death. It, with the trusts Porthmeor studios in St Ives are the oldest and continually used artists studios in the U.K. Anchor Studio has recently won an award for its sensitive and excellent renovation by architect Rolfe Kentish.
